Bust-A-Ride Returns Policy: 14 Days from Receipt

Upon receiving your item, you have a 14-day period to decide if it meets your expectations and to initiate a return if it does not. This policy offers flexibility by allowing you ample time to evaluate your purchase in the comfort of your own home. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Customer Covers Return Shipping:
To return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to guarantee the safe return of your item.

We do not offer a return collection service. This includes cases where previous communication or delivery involved a hostile or unsafe environment, or where it would not be appropriate for us to re-attend the property.

No Restocking Fee:
We do not impose any restocking fees for returned items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want the return process to be as simple as possible.

Refunds:
