• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

• Return Costs: A £120 collection fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the bike. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange your own return shipping.

• Inspection vs. Use: You’re welcome to inspect the bike to assess its suitability. However, please avoid using it beyond what’s necessary to determine its nature and functioning. If the bike shows signs of use beyond basic inspection, we may deduct an amount from your refund to cover any loss in value.
