Hello all,i recently purchased a scooter from ,buster,all went well,keeping me informed delivery ect.had hiccup with it,no body's fault really,the lead to the display was a tad short,this caused the wire to break off on full lock,however contacted buster and a new one was posted to me ,no charge,so now fitted and all is well again,you can deal with buster knowing that if any problems do arise the matter will be sorted out.going to scoot off now.

Bust a ride has re gifted me the ability to keep up with my children’s school runs. I have an heart condition and had to had the school runs over to friends and family but now with this bad boy under my wings I can poot along and deliver the boys to school with a smile 😊. Generic mobility scooters are automatically associated with a much older generation this bad boy is tech savvy and I have a lot more street cred riding about on it. Have had this bike for about a week and I absolutely love it, the company wend above and beyond to ensure I got the bike asap. As a disabled individual who doesn’t drive this is my primary form of transportation, even in the short time I’ve had the bike it’s allowed me to achieve things (most people would see as mundane) that without it would be impossible for me prior to getting the bike. If I had to be super critical the indicators are only visible from my the front of the bike, so cars behind don’t know your turning unless you use hand signals, also the chain has come off a few times but goes back on easily enough but I think a chain guard or some tensioner would be beneficial. Since getting the bike I added some additional mirrors to the handle bars to improve visibility, and I swapped the pedals for some wider ones as I was struggling with the narrow ones it came with (but that’s more due to my needs than an issue with the bike). Overall I love the bike especially now I’ve gotten used to it and I feel the few small tweaks I’ve made (mirrors and wider pedals) have further improved it and I’m delighted with my purchase and can see myself doing many more miles on it 😊
